Beta Disclaimer
ReleaseHQ is being tested with early users. This page explains the practical limits of using the product before a full production launch.
Starter beta document. This is written in plain language for early testing and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before a public paid launch.
1. ReleaseHQ is in beta
ReleaseHQ is an early-stage product. Some features may be incomplete, changed, paused, removed, or improved quickly based on beta feedback.
2. Keep independent backups
Do not rely on ReleaseHQ as your only copy of important drawings, presentations, contracts, invoices, approvals, payment records, or project communication. Keep your own backup in your normal storage system.
Client links and review files may expire after 15 days. Released files may be removed after first download to keep storage usage low.
3. Preview protection is not absolute
ReleaseHQ can add preview controls, visible masking, signed links, and download locks. These reduce casual misuse, but no browser-based preview can fully prevent screenshots, screen recording, photography, or manual copying.
4. Payment proof is not bank confirmation
UTR numbers, screenshots, and client payment notes help organize the workflow. They do not prove final settlement by themselves. Always verify payment in your own bank, UPI, accounting, or payment-provider records before releasing final files.
5. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice
ReleaseHQ helps organize approvals, payment proof, audit trails, and releases. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, escrow, debt collection, or dispute-resolution advice.
6. Use suitable test data
During beta, use real workflows carefully. Avoid uploading unusually sensitive or high-risk material unless you are comfortable testing it in an early-stage product and have the right permissions.
7. Beta pricing
The current Founding Beta offer is one controlled release free, followed by Rs 999 per month. Founding Beta is available until the public launch date.
Public launch pricing may include free, pay-per-release, project pass, individual, studio, annual, and enterprise options. These future plan names and ranges are indicative until formal launch pricing is published.
Payment method collection should happen through a secure hosted payment provider. ReleaseHQ should store provider IDs and billing status, not raw card details or CVV.
8. Feedback-led development
Beta users are invited to share honest feedback. We may use feedback to improve the product, prioritize features, change workflows, refine pricing, and decide whether ReleaseHQ should become a public paid product.
